Workers are quietly overseeing to every detail as automobiles are being assembled. The executives are walking through to go to the high security research room to inspect the latest designs.

The boss shakes his head and whispers to his assistant to ask Jackie to see him in his office later. Then, the executives are shown the latest designs and as always they are very pleased with Jackie's innovations.

Jackie and his team are sure that their latest creation is 100% crash-proof. Jackie sets up a secret midnight crash drive and tests the vehicle himself. The boss finds out about the midnight test and regretfully, he fires Jackie because he has violated a primary company policy. the boss assures Jackie that he has been one of the best employees and he hopes that they have the opportunity to cooperate again. Jackie decides to leave Japan to go back to Hong Kong.

Recently, illegal car racing and high stake off-track betting. The illegal racing has led to many fatal accidents and has become a prime target for the police.

It is 3:00 am, the police have received information on an illegal race about to take place. The police are ready at the designated site. Jackie is now on the force and with his driving expertise, he is put on the special team to put an end to these illegal races.

The mastermind behind the illegal races challenges Jackie to one of his illegal races, but Jackie replies that the only race he will ever participate in will be on official racetracks. So, Hank and Jackie set a deadly engagement to meet at the next international car race in Japan.

Jackie and his friends from the police force are in Japan getting ready for the race. They have invested all their savings in Jackie's car and are very confident that Jackie is going to win.

Jackie makes impressive records with his trial times and Hank starts to fret. Hank orders his thugs to mess up Jackie's car. Jackie is left without a car for the race. Luckily, his old boss from Mitsubishi comes to his rescue and overnight they modified a car for Jackie to use in the big race.

Hank and his team took the lead. Hank's thugs were crashing into opponents car to make way for Hank. Being an excellent driver, Jackie outmaneuvers Hank's thugs and tails right behind Hank.

Time and again, Hank is unable to lose Jackie. Hank, mad with anger, resorts to the last option and turns his own car into Jackie's.
